The most wonderful experience

Travelling to South Africa as a volunteer was the most amazing experience I have ever had in my life.
Felipe and Allie were very nice since the beggining of the process. They were very supportive.
They accomplish what they promise.
Teaching in Doreen was the best experience I´ve has as an English teacher. You learn a lot from the kids. Everyone at creche is so nice to you.
If I could give anyone´s advice I would say: Be a volunteer in South Africa. It´s worth.

Volunteer Work at the Big Cat Conservation Sanctuary

If you choose to join this animal conservation program in South Africa you will be working for a non- profit organization fueled by passion and love for these exploited animals. The population of big cats in South Africa is being threatened by a high presence of bone trade and canned hunting, and poachers who hunt them for sport. They have also traditionally fallen victim to exploitation in captivity and face a constant and rapid loss of habitat as the land gets developed.

Sanctuaries protect the Big Cats

The best hopes for these magnificent animals are sanctuaries such as this one, providing a home to lions, tigers, panthers, caracals and jackals, which can offer them a protected home environment and which work hard to spread awareness within society of the problems that these creatures are facing, educating people on the hunting trade. We are of the opinion that all animals should be roaming the wild but, in reality, much of it has been destroyed and hunting disrupts delicate balance of the bush. It is also the work of this project to look after what is left of it.

Teaching children in South Africa

It is with my heart full of joy and emotion that I write to tell about my first day of work in the nursery. The children were so happy. When I arrived, they started yelling “Teacher, teacher …” It was VERY exciting.

I believe that no video, no photo can express what I felt … I just have to thank God for the opportunity. Family and friends for all encouragement for me to take this trip!

“Everything is worth it, when the soul is not small”

I am happy happy happy…
