Find unique opportunities for affordable volunteering in Thailand - the project locations are spread all over the country.
We offer Teaching, Childcare, Medical and Elephant Care volunteer programs in Surin.
We also have an amazing Voluntour program in which in one week you care for elephants in Surin, on the second week you build in Sanghklaburi and spend the last two weeks in Koh Phangan, the ultimate party destination.
Surin, in the Northeast, is often called the heart of Thailand; well known for its beautiful scenery and friendly local community. Sanghklaburi, in the Northwest of Thailand – on the border with Burma, is surrounded by stunning lakes, rolling mountains and dense rainforest – provides ample opportunity for you outdoorsy types.
Local guides can also take you on fabulous treks through the jungle visiting beautiful waterfalls and awe-inspiring caves.
We offer a medical internship at a hospital in Surin to work as a medical volunteer in Thailand. The small community hospital is similar to most western clinics, and provides for the health of the population in one of the poorest provinces of Thailand.
Since the clinic is responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of the local village community, your contribution as a medical volunteer is so important. Around 7000 people live in the vicinity of the clinic, most of them from the poorest backgrounds.
